The courses and programs offered by MSAISnet are fully accredited by Cognia (formerly AdvancED/SACS-CASI) and the Midsouth Association of Independent Schools.  

AP courses are College Board approved.

MSAISnet is a division of The Independent Virtual Academy and has been developed to serve the virtual education needs of students actively enrolled in a traditional brick-and-mortar independent school.

Over the last several years, MSAISnet has been honored to successfully serve over 4,500 student enrollments for students in LA, MS, AR, TN, AL, GA, SC, and NC.

Vision of School Administration:  

The vision held by the administration of MSAISnet is to remain current with or ahead of trends in education delivery via virtual and online methods.  The vision includes working closely with school associations, individual schools, and individual students to improve their use of digital learning tools and to better integrate technology into their learning plans.  This vision can only be achieved through extensive and persistent research, through on-site learning and training, and through the building of relationships with digital learning and education technology developers and vendors.
